Friendly telephone advice saves customer £850 plus VAT quoted by national firm09 May 2017
Last week we received a call from Kimberly Hayden who had been quoted £850 plus vat for a national firm to treat bed bugs at her home. However, through questioning and photographs, we verified they were not bed bugs at all, but bird mite, which coincided with the finding of a birds nest. This resulted in a zero cost!
